How corrections work
- We identify the exact claim and supporting evidence.
- We recheck the primary source, dataset, prompt, output, and calculation where relevant.
- We correct a confirmed material error promptly.
- The article records what changed and a truthful timestamp.
- A correction that changes the conclusion triggers a fresh evidence and editorial review.
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate correction note when they do not alter meaning. We do not silently rewrite a result, date, limitation, or source.
